Welcome to the Wonderful World of English!
Each day - or most days - I will post what we did today, what is to be done for homework and what we will be doing tomorrow. I will also have upcoming due dates for assignments and tests.
Along the side of the blog, you will see many useful links, such as:
-links to etexts of the works studied in class (in case you forget your book at home)
-helpful websites (MLA websites, dictionaries, literary terms and definitions, further websites to visit to enhance your learning outside the classroom and many other wonderful tools)
Please add the free apps (Merriam-Webster Dictionary and Shakespeare) on to your phone if you have one. We will be taking advantage of technology and using our phones in class - but only for forces of good, never evil.
As well, at the bottom of the blog, you will see the wildly popular photo gallery of D'Angela's Brushes with Fame. Photos taken by yours truly of famous people. Yes, I do hob nob with some famous people.
Please use the blog to keep yourself current of what we are doing each day as well as a way to keep up with class work when you are absent.
