Friday - Comparison peer editing (rough copy due) and continue with  Macbeth 

Monday Dec 9 - Friday Dec 14 - Macbeth all day, every day (Essays due Monday and Tuesday)

- took up the reactions to the trial handout, began the study of hypocrisy in chs. 24, 26 and 28 

HOMEWORK - read ch 26 and write out how the character of Miss Gates develops the theme of hypocrisy, then write out the last line of ch 27 and explain what is being referred to (foreshadowed) 

FRIDAY - finish hypocrisy and analysis of ch 28

2D1 - finished lesson(s) on homophones (you should have an awesome list of them by the end of today), read Heck Tate's testimony in the trial - homework - read rest of chapter 17 (Bob Ewell's testimony) and fill in the worksheet (so the first two witnesses should be done on the worksheet) - tomorrow and Friday - continue with the trial - for 2D1 we are working toward the end of the novel and will finish with a comparison essay and a major group work - - 3C1 - watched the rest of Act 2 of Romeo and Juliet, worked on review of Act 2, gave quiz outline (for Friday) - tomorrow - essay outline - Friday - quiz on Romeo and Juliet, so you should be studying for it this week (see your notes for the quiz outlinw)
