Tuesday and Wednesday
-in class assignment to review all elements of the short story unit, making connextions to the stories studied
-assignment will be due at the end of class on Wednesday
-also, the verbal/visual assignment will be handed out on Wednesday (you may work on your own or in pairs)
Thursday and Friday
-introduction to Romeo and Juliet (power point presentation and handouts)
Next Monday we begin the play. In this unit there will be a quiz, test, essay and media assignment.

-introduction to poetry/the dramatic monologue
In this unit there will be a quiz, an essay and a presentation.
