EMS—ISU

Our Culminating Activity will be based on a Disney movie, The Lion King or Frozen—vote in the poll along the side of the blog.  We will decide democratically, although, as I've said many times before democracy just doesn't work.

So, let's learn a bit about the history of Disney by webquesting some important dates in the history and development of Disney. Then, we will look at some of the criticisms people have hurled at Disney and its movies (stereotyping and typecasting).  Then we will look at two of its more recent films to see if they have been trying a bit more to break from these stereotypes.
